VIRUNGA GIN & TONIC

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Virunga Gin
  • 120–150 ml Fever-Tree Tonic (Indian or Mediterranean recommended)
  • Ice
  • Citrus garnish

Instructions

  • Chill your glass
  • Fill with lots of fresh ice
  • Pour the Virunga Gin over the ice
  • Top with tonic
  • Give a gentle stir, just one or two turns don’t beat out the carbonation
  • Garnish
