VIRUNGA GIN & TONIC
Ingredients
- 60 ml Virunga Gin
- 120–150 ml Fever-Tree Tonic (Indian or Mediterranean recommended)
- Ice
- Citrus garnish
Instructions
- Chill your glass
- Fill with lots of fresh ice
- Pour the Virunga Gin over the ice
- Top with tonic
- Give a gentle stir, just one or two turns don’t beat out the carbonation
- Garnish
