DIRTY WAPUSK MARTINI
Ingredients
- 75 ml Wapusk Vodka
- 15 ml Olive Brine (from a jar of green olives)
- Dry Vermouth
- Ice
- Green olives (for garnish)
Instructions
- Chill your martini glass
- In a shaker, add the Wapusk Vodka, Olive Brine, and Ice
- Stir or shake
- Rinse the glass with Vermouth
- Strain and serve
- Garnish with olives on a cocktail pick
Traditional: Stir for 20–30 seconds for a smoother texture.
Shaken (James Bond style): Shake for about 10 seconds for a colder, slightly cloudier martini.
